About Me:
 
 I am one of the District's Instructional Leaders, which consists of working with and coaching staff on best practices, planning & offering staff development courses, co-leading our Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and co-leading our Problem Solving Team. I earned my Bachelor's of Science in teaching 5-12 English and Speech from Winona State University in 2003. I added my K-12 Reading Specialist License from Hamline University in 2010 and received my Masters of Arts in Literacy Education from Hamline University in 2012. This is my 14th year in education. I spent the first eight years in the classroom teaching grades 7-12 English, Public Speaking, Reading and Study Skills & Journalism. I have taught in San Antonio, Texas; Rochester, MN & Kasson-Mantorville, MN. My husband and I have two lovely daughters-Devery & Dulcey and a spunky little dog, June. We love traveling to our homestate-Wisconsin & being with family!
