Our Top 20 Quote of the day…

If you looked at a picture of yourself from 5 years ago, you’d notice that you’ve changed.  You’ve changed physically. You’re bigger and look different. We could see that change on your outside.  You have also changed inside. There are things you’re able to do today that you couldn’t do 5 years ago. You’ve developed skills that you didn’t have then.  Besides growing physically, you also want to grow and develop Star Qualities. Star Qualities are personal strengths and characteristics that will help you in life, relationships with others, and solving problems that you might encounter.  You already have some Star Qualities. Can you think of one of them?

Please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance

Our Top 20 Quote of the day…

When someone experiences Thought Circles, one thought leads to another and another, like a snowball getting larger and larger as it rolls down a hill.  When you’re having a negative Though Circle, STOP. Say to yourself, “This is a Thought Circle. It’s not in my best interest. Not Now!”

Our Top 20 Quote of the day…

One way that we can see things differently is to ask someone how they see it.  Think of something that you see in a certain way and ask someone else how they see it.  Listen carefully so you learn how they might see it differently.
